Job Title: Junior Support Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential support for the Blue Yonder SCPO and Catman systems, ensuring their effective operation and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide first-line support for Blue Yonder SCPO and CATMAN applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
Monitor system performance and report anomalies or potential issues.
Assist in managing and validating data within the Blue Yonder SCPO platform.
Support data integration and migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with IT teams and third-party support vendors to identify and implement best practices and enhancements.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
Understand the nightly batch runs in ControlM and manage support.
Maintain a deep understanding of Blue Yonder SCPO and CATMAN software and its capabilities.
Log calls on Blue Yonder portal for CATMAN related issues logged by business and follow to resolution.
Arrange access and VMs for new vendor support people.

User Assistance:

Respond to user queries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Understand the business' supply chain requirements and collaborate with the team to tailor SCPO solutions to meet their needs.
Ensure high business satisfaction by delivering quality services and solutions.

Requirements:

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and JOB RELATED REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Information Technology.
1-2 years of IT service desk experience.
Experience with Supply Chain management systems or Blue Yonder SCPO is a plus but not required.
Ability to analyze data, job runs and identify trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with users and team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team (Internal and external vendor) and contribute to collective goals.
Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills related to Blue Yonder SCPO and CATMAN applications.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
