Description

ROLE PURPOSE

  • Evaluate and schedule Field Services Installation and Support calls.

ROLE REQUIREMENT

  • Evaluate Field Service support calls logged on Remedy based on priority and geographical location.
  • Assign Filed services calls to best suitable engineer or SMME based on skill level required and geographical location of the call.
  • Liaise with Vodacom CSOC / ENS and PMO wrt. Delays and available timeslots for installations and support calls.
  • Assist with escalated call scheduling and assignment of National Field services and SMME calls.

  • Good Telephonic Experience

  • Good Problem Solving and Analytic skills.
  • Fast Learner

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years BMC Remedy Call desk experience
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
