    Job Summary
    The Systems Administrative Clerk Intern plays an integral role in managing administrative tasks associated with project management, training organization, priority task scheduling, and system audits. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of ensuring project delivery within the agreed scope and managing scope amendments effectively.

    Responsibilities

    Project management
    • Keep accurate records of all active and planned projects
    • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to update and track project progress
    • Maintain the system with current project statuses and updates
    • Present project progress and status in regular meetings
    • Ensure all projects are delivered as per the agreed-upon scope
    • Initiate and manage the scope amendment process if changes are requested during development, trial phases, or post-completion
    Organizing training
    • Identify training needs based on system reports and staff requirements
    • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, considering optimal timing and resource availability
    • Ensure training completion and proper documentation
    Scheduling and completion of high-priority tasks
    • Work with regional team members to identify, schedule, and complete high-priority tasks in a timely and accurate manner
    • Monitor and report on the progress and quality of these tasks
    Systems audits and checks
    • Conduct monthly audits to ensure proper system usage across all departments
    • Report, escalate, and follow up on any discrepancies or issues identified
    Requirements
    • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential
