Responsibilities:


  • Implementing the endtoend recruitment process
  • Conducting and managing all recruitment requirements
  • Facilitating the onboarding of the new hires
  • Communication and relationship management with hiring managers
  • Drafting of employee contracts
  • Reporting on overall recruitment status

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or any other related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and placing scares skills and hard to fill positions
