Responsibilities:
- Implementing the endtoend recruitment process
- Conducting and managing all recruitment requirements
- Facilitating the onboarding of the new hires
- Communication and relationship management with hiring managers
- Drafting of employee contracts
- Reporting on overall recruitment status
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and placing scares skills and hard to fill positions

- Target driven and can work well under pressure
- Attention to details
- Tenacious and gritty
- Excellent communication skills
