Job Purpose:

The Paraplanner will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of financial planners by managing essential background tasks, enabling them to focus on client interactions and deliver exceptional financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

  • Respond to phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and organize client records.
  • Maintain accurate data entries.

• Research and Analysis:

  • Assist in researching various investment options.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to financial planners.

• Report Preparation:

  • Write analytical reports based on financial data and research.
  • Prepare financial projections and reports for clients.

• Compliance and Technical Support:

  • Conduct thorough research for compliance checks and create suitability reports.
  • Address technical queries posed by clients.

Desired Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  • Matric Certificate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Completion of the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) program.
