    Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting and supporting the HRD Superintendent in the implementation of the Bursar and Practical Trainee Attraction and Sourcing Strategy and the Talent Management Strategy.
  • Implementing and administering of the bursary scheme processes and practical trainees programme, inclusive of sourcing and management.
  • Executing all the talent management administration and recordkeeping for monitoring and auditing processes.
  • Supporting the HRD Superintendent in conducting benchmarks with other mining houses in the management and administration of the Bursary schemes.
  • Liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper administration of the Bursars, Practical Trainees and C-Lower talent pools.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • A registered Psychometrist will be advantageous.
  • Drivers' License (Code B/08).

Minimum Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferable HRD Administration.
  • Computer proficiency in all MS Office Packages.
