Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Production Manager to join their dynamic team in East London (Berlin).

Purpose of the job:


  • To manage activities and functions of production to ensure optimal production output as per company requirements. Manage all functions and ensure that production targets are met according to the quality standards.

  • Ensure adequate resources are available
  • Manage performance and development of subordinates according to company procedures, work instructions and relevant legislation
  • Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHE procedures and works instructions
  • Ensure that every employee is responsible for their own health and safety and those others who can be affected by what the employee does or omits to do.

Job Requirements:


  • NFQ Level 5 qualification is essential
  • National Diploma: Production Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Extensive technical background
  • Quality specifications and systems
