Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

To ensure constant customer satisfaction and good client contact

Constant communication with customers

To ensure that the company image is maintained

Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area

Security and credit checked if

Customer service focused

Team player and can-do attitude

Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene

Self - motivated and able to use own initiative

Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude

Matric / Grade 12

Minimum two years customer service experience

Good numeric and administrative skills

Planning, leading and organizational skills

Computer literate - Microsoft Excel, Word & E-mail

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate with all levels of customers
