    About the Role

    The Senior Product Manager is a key role at Travelstart, responsible for driving product innovation and strategy to enhance customer experience.

    This involves developing high-impact product roadmaps, optimizing business processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
      • Define business problems, customer needs, and product vision to drive strategic decision-making.
      • Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, identifying gaps and inefficiencies in processes and implementing improvements.
    • Project Execution & Delivery
      • Partner with engineering, marketing, and business teams to develop and launch products, securing resources, setting priorities, and managing project milestones.
      • Evaluate trade-offs and prioritize features based on their impact on business goals and customer satisfaction.
    • Data-Driven Problem Solving & Decision Making
      • Conduct thorough analyses of product issues, creating both short-term and long-term solutions to improve customer experience.
      • Analyze data insights to refine product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
      • Communicate findings and results to senior stakeholders, informing strategic decisions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
      • Collaborate with other product teams to influence and develop new product offerings, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
      • Drive decision-making and optimization throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer-centricity and business growth.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience in managing product strategy and end-to-end delivery, leading large-scale programs or projects.
    • Able to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes.

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or startups, with a background in operations and business process improvement.
    • Knowledge of SQL or similar database programming (advantageous).
