    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide our support engineering team in delivering exceptional technical support, managing significant customer-centric projects, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with Customer Care Account Managers to align technical support with customer account strategies, enhancing customer loyalty.
    2. Feedback Loop Integration: Manage a structured process for actionable customer feedback, improving service quality and satisfaction.

    Description

    Requirements
