    Talent Sourcing Officer: Recruitment and Selection

    A key role has become available for a suitably qualified and competent individual to administer the Recruitment and Selection processes, as well as to provide a recruitment and selection consultancy service to client departments.

    The successful incumbent will be responsible for administering the full lifecycle of recruitment and selection activities, including job analysis, shortlisting, interviewing, testing, and appointment of candidates. They will also provide advice on best practices in recruitment and selection, and assist in the development of policies and procedures related to these activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer the full lifecycle of recruitment and selection activities;
    • Provide a recruitment and selection consultancy service to client departments;
    • Travel and overnight when required;

    Requirements:

    • Suitably qualified and competent individual;
    • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field;
    • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
