    IT Infrastructure Services Manager - Automotive Aftermarket Parts

    Oversees and manages the company's IT projects, coordinating phases from development to installation and acting as liaison between clients, vendors, and consultants.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management:

    1. Develops requirements, outlines budgets, and schedules for IT projects.
    2. Oversees all phases of projects from conception to completion within the allotted budget.
    3. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments.

    People Management:

    1. Provides guidance and support to IT team members.
    2. Mentors and trains new IT support staff.
    3. Communicates job expectations to team members.
    4. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
    5. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.

    Managing Business Processes:

    1. Evaluates user needs and system functionality to ensure IT facilities meet these needs.
    2. Schedules upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
    3. Guarantees the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, and email provision.
    4. Provides secure access to the network for remote users.
    5. Secures data from internal and external attacks.
    6. Offers users appropriate support and advice.
    7. Manages crisis situations involving complex technical hardware or software problems.
    8. Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
    9. Verifies application results through system audits of implemented technologies.
    10. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.

    Implementation of New Infrastructure & Upgrading Existing Infrastructure:

    Desired Experience & Qualifications:

    Technical management experience, technical understanding, analyzing information, informing others, staffing, problem-solving, data center management, developing budgets, coordination, strategic planning, quality management.

    Other Qualifications:

    1. Excellent knowledge of server setup and clustering, Nutanix advantageous in a data center, server migrations.
    2. Good knowledge of RDS farm, Windows RDS.
    3. Excellent knowledge of DNS, Local/GoDaddy/3rd party.
    4. Good understanding of managed switch configurations, VLANs.
    5. Excellent technical knowledge of current networking technologies (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), protocols, and internet standards (SD-WAN, MPLS).
    6. Proven track record of successfully implementing operational best practices in a distribution and warehousing environment.
    7. Demonstrated success with productivity and cost-savings initiatives.
    8. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies including desktop OS, server OS, and supporting services (Enterprise Active Directory domain management and AAD, Group Policy Management, Exchange, Azure/Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server 2012r2 to Server 2022).
    9. In-depth knowledge of virtualization technology, concepts, and associated technologies (Hyper-V, Veeam backup and replication with DR).
    10. In-depth knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies.
    11. Good understanding of infrastructure security, Mimecast, CheckPoint, Crowdstrike, Symantec.
    12. Excellent SQL knowledge is advantageous.
    13. Good understanding of Dell Wyse Terminal setup (ThinOS), management, and support.
