    Bright City Talent seeks an experienced Post-Sale Service Operations Manager to lead the growth of customer satisfaction and repeat business in our After Market department.

    This role will be responsible for effectively managing Service and Customer support processes, ensuring prompt and effective assistance is provided to customers post-purchase. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering background with 10 years of experience in a similar role and environment, with a proven track record of applying technical knowledge to achieve superior customer service and satisfaction.

    The successful candidate will oversee the customer support process, resolving any problems or issues that arise post-sale, whether they involve product defects, delivery delays, or dissatisfaction with the service provided. They will also lead a team of Workshop and Field service Supervisors and Managers, continuously evaluating and improving aftersales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

    Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they remain satisfied with our products and services. The role will also involve liaising with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

    To succeed in this role, you will need to be adept at operations but able to apply strategic thinking and work collaboratively. You will also be required to analyse data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

    We offer a competitive salary of approximately R1,200,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. This role is based in Kempton Park, Gauteng.
