    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with payroll documentation preparations, submitting to third parties, and supporting the Payroll team with daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with payroll documentation preparations and submit to third parties (Liberty Life, MIBFA, Discovery, Gap cover)
    • Work closely with the Senior Payroll Administrator
    • Correlate schedules and submit every month
    • Assist with collection of weekly and monthly time sheets (manufacturing)
    • Support the Payroll team with daily, weekly, and monthly activities
    • Obtain relevant information (input and update) from stakeholders for payroll processing

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • 1-2 years of payroll experience
    • Proficiency in Sage 300 and MS Office Suite essential
    • Able to start immediately
