We are seeking an IT Systems Development Manager (Credit Dept) for a permanent role based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Technical knowledge of SDLC process including Agile approach, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CCS
Detailed knowledge of command prompt interface as well as Rest web services and MVVM design pattern
Understand technologies such as MSMQ, FTP/SFTP, Windows Batch files and task scheduling
5+ years' experience as a Development Manager / Project Manager within the IT Sector
Tertiary qualification in IT advantageous

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Manage all credit system deliveries from inception to successful implementation
Translation of policies into workable automated solutions through workflow and process development using 3rd party solutions and code
Ensure systems operate effectively
Develop / manage team members
Upgrade / enhance platforms to meet business needs
Propose innovation of the systems and process to improve business results
Weekly project status updates to GM
Create / manage project plans and manage scope
Lead process of issue identification and resolution
Drawing outage reports and ensure project documentation is up to date
Implementation planning
Building partnerships between different areas

Salary:
