The ideal candidate will operate as a Senior Corporate Finance Associate responsible for research, modelling, valuations, and all aspects of deal structuring across various projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Originate and execute operational policies, processes, and standards to ensure systematic and effective business strategies.
    • Supervise all aspects of daily operations, including finance, human resources, technology, facilities management, and risk management.
    • Identify topics for improvement and apply initiatives to streamline processes and improve productivity.

    Job experience & skills required
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 10 years of experience in operations management within the professional services industry.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and lead organizational change.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.
