    Sales Researcher

    A key role has emerged at a leading ergonomics company, seeking a proactive Sales Researcher to drive business growth.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will utilize online and telephone research skills to identify potential projects aligning with the organization's goals. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Employing various marketing channels to generate and nurture leads for the organization.
    2. Conducting in-depth research on the target market to inform lead generation strategies.
    3. Organizing and maintaining lead statuses within the CRM software for efficient tracking and follow-up.
    4. Ensuring opportunity queues are managed effectively to maintain optimal size ranges.
    5. Categorizing leads based on their level of interest, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
    6. Gaining insight into prospect pain points and challenges to tailor communication effectively.

    Key Requirements

    1. 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting, preferably in B2B sales.
    2. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with prospects and team members.
