    Job Title:

    Commercial Banking and Transformation Credit Assessment Manager

    The Commercial Banking and Transformation Credit Assessment Manager will be responsible for managing the credit assessment function within a designated region. This includes overseeing all lending activities and associated risks, ensuring alignment with approved credit policies, norms, and mandates.

    The key responsibilities of this role include:

    • Establishing and implementing credit policies and procedures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Introducing operational efficiencies by implementing customer-centric credit execution strategies.
    • Conducting gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities in credit processes and reducing risk.
    • Managing credit risk through research and benchmarking, aligning with industry best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Finance, Commerce, Credit Risk, or Accounting.
    • 8 years of managerial experience in credit granting environments.
    • 5 years of senior management level experience.
