Salary - Input based remuneration model: We are not the stereotypical financial planning practice. We are less orientated around sales and more focused on servicing. Therefore, remuneration is based both on the effort you put as well as your outputs. We would look to offer a basic with the idea of income scaling based on the clients you are able to service and the responsibility you are willing to take on. We would look to offer a basic of R R10 000 depending on your experience and existing network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to develop comprehensive financial strategies for clients.
• Conduct indepth financial analysis and research to provide customised solutions.
• Assist in creating personalized investment portfolios and managing client assets.
• Communicate with clients, building strong relationships and offering ongoing support and guidance.
• Have a passion for ongoing learning.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulations, and financial planning best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. (Must meet the prerequisites for either NQF 6 or PGD in Financial Planning)
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Passion for finance and helping others achieve their financial goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
• A big advantage would be having existing clients or be able to show a strong network that could support you. This would accelerate your earnings and make your transition into independent planning much easier.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential). Proficiency in financial planning software is an advantage.
