- Process monthly and weekly payroll for 350 employees accurately and on time, weekly and monthly.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Calculate and process adjustments, deductions, and bonuses as necessary.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Sage payroll software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations is preferred.
