We looking to hire full time dynamic individuals to join our Debt Mediation Consultancy as a trainer.Role Responsibilities:
Recruit and train new hires on products, and process.
Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluation and trainee assessments
Attends regular training/operations and quality meetings
Qualifications
Required Skill Set:
Matric
Minimum 2 years' experience in the Debt Review industry
Previous experience of training call center
Excellent communication skills
Ability to train new hires and also communicating on-time updates with the team
Salary:
R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
