The Role


As you join the EMEA marketing team, you will play a crucial role in further developing Meltwater's digital marketing strategy and contributing to the business impact through our paid media advertising and digital initiatives.


Alongside the EMEA Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for demand generation and building a strong brand through Google ads, SEO, marketing automation & paid media, to name a few.


Skills & Requirements:


What you will do:


  • Grow EMEA English customer acquisition through Google ads & paid social marketing channels and ensure that business goals are met
  • Build paid demand generation funnel, impacting both ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu goals
  • Setup and manage paid platforms, including Google ads, LinkedIn campaign manager & Facebook business manager for EMEA
  • Use your copywriting skills to increase CTR on various paid platforms
  • Create landing pages for social media ads (everything from idea, design, content, and publishing)
  • Run A/B tests of landing pages and website content for better results
  • Work with the marketing managers across EMEA to improve digital lead generation and demand funnels across channels, platforms, and growth initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze performance data and analytics to support your next move (consider budget (re)allocation across channels and/or markets, understand the pipeline experience across different touchpoints)
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of paid social acquisition campaigns and optimize accordingly to meet business goals

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Google ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Business Manager
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience and proven success
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • A flair for crafting compelling, persuasive copy in both long and short form
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Being familiar with utilizing marketing automation solutions in social advertising and the complexity of how to successfully onboard these
  • Knowledge of Marketo (nice to have)
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments
  • Solution and goaloriented
  • Proactive and able to present new ideas (also for other digital growth marketing projects)
  • Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • An understanding of the dynamics in digital marketing
  • A/B testing, attribution modeling, bidding strategies, and marketing analytics
- _B2B or agency experience is highly preferred_
