Job Duties:
- Monitor APIs to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Diagnose faults effectively and resolve issues promptly.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing highquality customer support and service.
- Offer technical assistance and support to senior team leaders, contributing to team efforts and project success.
- Utilise knowledge of Excel, APIs, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and MySQL to perform various technical tasks.
- Assist in backoffice operations, including document management and customer setup processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support, IT, or a related field.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective support to both customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Excel, APIs, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with or understanding of traffic fine management in South Africa is highly advantageous.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
