Requirements:
- High motivation and desire to demonstrate the potential and grow within the organization;
- Strong analytical skills and consistency in decisionmaking;
- Experience as Collections Team Lead/Collections Supervisor/Deputy Head of Collections Department;
- 1+ years of managing experience;
- Proactivity, reliability and accountability;
- Being a team player, work effectively with South African Management Team and with the HQ Functional Teams;
- Advanced Excel user;
- Being able to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of 1 or 2 local languages an advantage;
Responsibilities to cover:
- Building a team from scratch involving international experience of the Company;
- Development of methodology, motivation system, and KPI for the Collection team;
- Creating an NPL management strategy using technical collection tools;
- Сlose collaboration with HQ functional management on building and developing a collections process;
- Communication with the IT team and external contractors regarding the technical solutions integration;
- Being accountable for the Collection department results.
