We are seeking a friendly and outgoing sales consultant to join our retail team.

As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs
Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalised recommendations
Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus and ability to prioritise customer needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Basic math skills for cash handling
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Grade 12/N4 equivalent
Willing to travel
Willing to relocate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
