A healthcare facility in
Bryanston is looking for a mid-level
Recruiter with HR generalist experience as well.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
Continuously building the talent pipeline for high turnover roles
Assist and report on recruitment metrics
Onboarding of new starters such as producing offer letters, contracts and ensure they are onboarding correctly
Managing the collation of references and security clearance as relevant to each role
Ensuring all relevant ID, certificates and employee documents are received on or before 1st day of employment
Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required

Essential knowledge and skills required

Proven 35 years' work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases
Ability to write and deliver creative job adverts
Ability to interact with all stakeholders;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
