  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clients, including senior executives, and strategic partners to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial business ecosystem.
  • Travel to Western Africa, rest of African and the Middle East on a regular basis.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the region through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including business advisory, product development and operations to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on telecommunications solutions and services.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations to both prospective clients and current customers (upsell)


  • Bachelor's degree or similar.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on African markets.
  • Knowledge of Western African telecommunications landscape, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisionmakers at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
