    • Continuously analyse the structures across BUs to identify needs for synergies, realignment, optimisation or increased effectiveness against the internal and external market.
    • Prepare and present diagnostic reports to key stakeholders on the size, scale and shape of the Sasol global organisation to enable leaders to make decisions related to people resources.
    • Define and implement an annual review process to identify and report back on exceptions to minimum organisational design and job architecture standards.
    • Ensure that the broader HR community is sufficiently skilled in Organisational Design principles and practices of Sasol to enable them to make sound decisions which align to the organisational standards, policies and set processes.
    • Identify opportunities within the organisation to drive solutions and develop action plans that address areas where work processes or team structures lack efficiencies.
    • Strategic People Projects and Business transformation collaboration to ensure scalability to accommodate changes that support future business needs while maintaining efficiency, effectiveness and value delivery.
    • Develop policies, procedures, and related guidelines for Org Design, ensuring compliance with internal and/or external requirements.
