Social Media Marketer & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketer and Graphic Designer to join our team at mt-development.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

1. Manage Twitter, LinkedIn (for property marketing only), and other platforms as needed.
2. Update and create content for The Village, Eco Boulevard, Boardwalk, and Olive Wood Village.

Google Adwords:

1. Develop and maintain text and keywords for Google Adwords campaigns.

Website Maintenance:

1. Regularly update website content.
2. Ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Design Services:

1. Design billboards, pamphlets, ads for social media and events, safety signs, general notices, site plans, floor plans, launch designs, and folders.

Photography Support:

1. Assist our in-house photographer with tasks when needed.
2. Attend events at Irene Farm for photography purposes after hours.

General Duties:

1. Proofread pamphlets, articles, and other materials.
2. Provide administrative support where necessary.
3. Carry out instructions from Management as required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer working with high volumes.
• 2-3 years of experience in Google Adwords and Social Media Marketing.
• A reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
