    Description

    We are seeking a skilled M365 Technician to enhance our organization's IT capabilities. The ideal candidate will be based in Johannesburg, possess reliable transportation, and bring 4-7 years of experience in IT systems training.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct in-house training on Microsoft 365 tools and related IT systems, including:
    • Microsoft Office / M365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • OneDrive
    • MS Teams
    • Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (advantageous)
    • Adobe Sign (advantageous)
    • Intapp (advantageous)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Setting up training sessions for induction on the 1st and 15th of each month
    • Collating and setting up IT systems training for responses to invitations for training the above courses
    • Creating a register of attendees
    • Gathering feedback from trainees after their courses have completed
    • Updating and amending course material as required when new content is available via video recordings and training manuals
    • Creating new content as needed
    • Providing constant feedback to the Service Delivery team regarding issues picked up while providing training

    Key Requirements:

    • IT Diploma (or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field)
    • Johannesburg-based with reliable transportation
    • 4-7 years of experience in IT systems training, specifically internal/in-house training
    • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering IT training programs
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work independently and proactively manage training initiatives
