    Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise with clients and affiliates through correspondence, including service inquiries, client presentations, and negotiations.
    • Negotiate and offer inspection services and rates to clients.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through sales visits, customer surveys, and feedback.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and key commodities to inform business decisions.
    • Record and summarize client volumes, key commodities, and other relevant data.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for direct managers and stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field from a reputable institution.
    • Fluent English language skills, with comprehensive writing and speaking abilities.
    • At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
    • Prior experience in B2B transactions is preferred.
    • Interest in service-related businesses and commercial awareness.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
