The position is based in the office on a full-time basis in Century City, Cape Town.


Travel Consultant Requirements:


  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Qualification in tourism or similar is preferred
  • Experience working on Tourplan and Papertrail is an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in the tourism industry, with expertise in Southern African travel arrangements.
  • Computer literate, with exceptional attention to detail and professional writing skills
  • Topnotch interpersonal skills, including communication, respect, and empathy
  • A knack for multitasking with fast turnaround times
  • Capacity to deliver commendable services that surpass customers' and guests' expectations
  • A team player and also able to work independently
  • Willingness to ask questions, take criticism constructively, and continually learn and grow with the position
Salary is offered is between R8k to 15K negotiable depending on knowledge and experience
