The Global Business Services Financial Skills Accelerator is a structured, integrated 12 month intensive learning journey designed to prepare a qualifying applicant for learning and employment opportunities.


Cape BPO and the Bank Seta are innovatively collaborating to prepare
talented youth (aged between 18 & 34 and unemployed) for employment opportunities within meaningful and sustainable careers in the South African.


If you want to work in the new Digital world where Finance, Technology and Customer Experience meet, then this opportunity is for you.


This 12 month Learnership offers:

  • A basic CTC of R4500
  • R5000 per month.
