**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Control production by reviewing shopware, setting machines, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Run machines at optimal speed to achieve maximum output and lowest cost.
• Perform routine QC checks and ensure adherence to ISO 9001/2000 Best Practices.
• Utilize shopware to monitor performance and maintain accurate records.
• Assist printer operator as needed.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

• Ensure cartons are packed according to specification on a pallet.
• Maintain presentation standards and store empty pallets and waste in designated areas.
• Isolate waste or non-conforming products and take corrective action to remedy quality deviations.
• Identify training needs for the department and ensure quality check sheets are completed.

**Requirements:**

• Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
• Trade Test (advantageous)
• 3 years' experience in Corrugated Environment
• Strong computer literacy skills
