Responsibilities:
- Coordinating customer deliveries efficiently
- Maintaining administrative functions effectively
- Checking forklifts readiness by inspecting oil, water, and mechanical components
- Monitoring and managing staff attendance
- Attending to customers driving into the yard
- Ensuring compliance with business operation legislation
- Reporting discrepancies to management promptly
- Scheduling staff roster for weekends and holidays
- Managing stock accurately
- Physically inspecting stock and delivery vehicles
- Promoting company values and culture
Qualifications: Grade 12
Skills: Working collaboratively, effective communication, detail-oriented, product knowledge, adaptability, basic computer proficiency, customer focus, understanding of business processes
Experience: Basic computer skills (0 year), Technical qualification or Diploma (0 year), 2 years' experience in a similar role, Knowledge of relevant systems (0 year)
