We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled NEPQ-Trained Sales Manager who can bring expertise, empathy, and effective leadership to our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team towards achieving and exceeding our strategic sales targets.

NEPQ Implementation: Utilize NEPQ methodology to drive all sales processes, ensuring a client-centric approach in all interactions.

Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our company's goals and values.

Team Development and Training: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, emphasizing the use of NEPQ techniques to enhance performance.

Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to improve outcomes.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the healthcare, social services, or a related sector.
- Certified or extensively trained in NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questioning) sales methodologies.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse team remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
