Position Overview:


What we are looking for...


We are seeking an exceptional vehicle sales specialist with a professional demeanor and a genuine passion for both customers and cars, eager to join a non-traditional dealership.

Embracing a willingness to unlearn and adapt, you'll work within a framework of proprietary systems and support, yet remain accountable for achieving monthly sales targets and fostering positive customer reviews.

This dynamic role demands resilience under pressure, driven by a commitment to customer satisfaction rather than internal competition.

With a focus on high-volume sales and efficient administration, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging provided leads to deliver outstanding service.

Meticulous adherence to processes, combined with adept judgment and communication skills, ensures consistent excellence in customer interactions.


Compensation and Benefits

  • R144000 to Cost to Company per year (Provident Fund Included)
  • Commission Structure in addition
  • Permanent Contract

Working Hours

  • Operational Roles are required to work a sixday (45 hour) week which includes Saturdays
  • Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
  • Saturdays
  • 09:00 to 13:00
  • Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
  • 09:00 to 13:00

Specific Role Responsibilities:


  • Attend to filtered leads daily and ensure all leads receive immediate attention
  • Communicate consistent brand messaging
  • Inform/educate customers' questions and overcome objections
  • Attend to client requirements:
  • Test Drives
  • Additional vehicle information
  • Compilation and coordination of all necessary documentation for Cash and Finance Sales
  • Coordinate Sales, Finance, Trade in and Recon/Delivery with internal stakeholders
  • Finalization of documentation/contract, coordination and filing
  • Identify and Flag risky transactions and communicate these to Compliance

Qualifications and Experience:


  • At least three years in a sale environment of which 1 year at least in vehicle sales with a proven track record in successful sales volumes and satisfied customers


  • Grade 1

  • Valid Driver's license (code 08) and own transport
  • English spoken and written
  • Applicants fluent in additional languages (Xhosa; Zulu; Afrikaans) would be given preference
  • Contactable references

Skills and Personal Attributes:


  • Provide an 11 star customer service experience (convenient, transparent, professional)
  • Continuously assess and challenge the systems and processes to improve these
  • Follow processes ensuring utmost cost/effort efficiency and professionalism
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Clearly communicate with your customers to educate and guide throughout the process
  • A high level of motivation, initiative and integrity
