    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an Annual Fraud Prevention and Anti-Corruption Strategy.
    • Participate in regular fraud risk assessments and manage the Fraud Risk Register.
    • Ensure compliance with policies on conflicts of interest, extraneous employment, gifts, donations, and sponsorships.
    • Provide advisory services on ethical issues and manage the Organisations Fraud Hotline.
    • Design and deliver fraud and ethics training programs.
    • Foster a culture of good corporate governance.
    • Maintain Ethics, Fraud and Anti-Corruption Reporting systems.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance.
    • At least 5 years of experience as an Ethics Officer or in a similar role.
    • Ethics Officer Certification Programme (EOCP) or equivalent is preferred.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong understanding of ethical principles, legal requirements, and anti-corruption practices.
    • Experience in ethics management and administration.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programmes.
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
