Attorney /Commercial Law seeking to change career direction
  • EE only.
R35 000 to R40 000 a month plus a bonus.

Rare role for an Admitted Attorney or waiting for Admission with 1 year of post articles exposure in Commercial law to change career direction out of a law firm into Corporate Finance.

Be involved in JSE Sponsor work and advise clients on the JSE rules when there are any Corporate actions such as Mergers ,Acquisitions, Disposals, Delistings, Directors leaving and joining, sale of shares etc.
