Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual volume targets as measured through our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Identify volume opportunities within the market.
Manage in-store support as set out in our KPIs.
Maintain relationships with Counter Service and internal stakeholders.
Engage with Informal Market customers as per agreed calling schedule.
Ensure customer master data is complete and accurate.
Execute promotional objectives as per KPIs.

Requirements

Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is essential.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales environment.
Preference given to applicants with Liquor Industry experience.

Valid driver's license and own transport.
Strong alignment to Snell Leadership Behaviours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
High energy levels throughout the day.
