    Job Description

    You will be responsible for the following key functions:

    • Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle
    • Handle incoming sales or general calls
    • Provide support to Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase in volumes and market share
    • Update the client database
    • Date back orders
    • Minimize back orders on the back-order on the system
    • Maintain and check the back-order report
    • Inform customers of products out of stock or of obstacles to efficient service delivery
    • Assist with problem solving or complaints
    • Build relationships with clients
    • Handle request from internal clients or departments
    • Assist the Call Centre Supervisor when required
    • Assist with switchboard when required
    • Assist with Cash and Carry Stock when required

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirement is Matric or equivalent NQF.

    Skills

    • 3 5 years working experience in a telesales environment
    • Product Knowledge treatable curable
    • Sales Skills
    • Knowledge of Telephonic Etiquette
