As the Resident Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations with a hands-on approach and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.

You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with various departments to drive revenue, manage expenses, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Your exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and customer-focused approach will be crucial in achieving our goals and maintaining its reputation as a premier destination.

- Provide strategic direction and vision for the Lodge, aligning it with company objectives. - Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, Safari, Retail, Spa and maintenance. - Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize revenue generation, occupancy rates, and overall profitability. - Foster a positive work environment and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners to enhance the Lodge's reputation and drive customer loyalty.

- Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all guests.

- Analyse financial reports, control costs, and prepare budgets to achieve financial targets.

REQUIREMENTS - Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience as General Manager or Resident Manager, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Food and Beverage.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel financials, revenue management, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in industryspecific software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
