To provide administrative support within legislation and regulations to the sales team in order to achieve sales targets and make Nedbank a great place to bank
Responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with clients by providing feedback to complaints and enquiries.
- Provide quality service to clients by following Nedbank values such as honesty; integrity; accountability; respectand pushing beyond boundaries when dealing with clients .
- Conduct an age analysis for all policies to check for unpaid premiums; premiums due or refunds in order to avoid financial losses.
