    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Support distribution processes by ensuring adherence to prescribed operations and OHS Act safety guidelines.
    • Ensure timely delivery and meet business requirements by adhering to SLAs and scheduling meetings as needed.
    • Manage registers and documentation by receiving products and materials receipts, maintaining proper financial processes, and filing all documentation and correspondence to standard.
    • Maintain up-to-date asset registers, raise and close asset defects, and document continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide support to stakeholders through effective communication and maintenance of sound business relationships with internal stakeholders.

    Your Background

    • Valid Driver's License
    • 2 years' experience in Depot/Terminal operations
    • Experience in Administration and Inventory
    • General Depot/Terminal Operations
    • Administration Experience

    Additional Information

    This role is based in Durban and falls within the General Manager salary band.
