YARD LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Our client, a
Scrap Yard & Waste Management company based in the (Vaal Triangle) is looking for a person with the following experience

Must be able to start immediately


Requirements:


  • Must speak fluent Afrikaans & English
  • Coordination of 5 vehicles
  • Responsible for + 50 clients needs and enquiries

Must be a strong organiser:


  • Must have a strong personality:
  • Daily log of inspections on vehicles
  • Daily route planning & monitoring
  • Daily target planning & maintaining
  • Inspection of every load entering & exiting premises to conform to standards
  • Update & reporting on targets every 3 hours to management
  • Assisting yard supervisor in planning of production & targets
  • Ensuring al drivers paperwork is complete and corresponding to loads
  • Pre plan & pre load for following day
  • Tracker monitor & reporting off route & stop schedules
  • Management of drivers and time keeping
  • Weekend work & site monitor
  • Site security management
  • Site safety management
  • Must be available after hours if problems at plant occurs
  • Must be able to work with all employees
  • Client liaison
  • Must be service orientated
