Introduction
Our client who is an independent, specialist financial brokerage, who offer financial planning, asset management, short term insurance, tax and estate planning functions to medical practitioners nationally, is seeking a Short-Term Insurance Claims Assistant to join their Dynamic team

Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting clients in filling out insurance claim forms and providing necessary documentation.
Providing guidance to clients on the claims process, including what to expect and how to best navigate any challenges that may arise.
Communicating with insurance providers and adjusters on behalf of clients to help resolve any issues or disputes related to the claim.
Providing updates to clients on the status of their claim and answering any questions they may have.
Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Gathering and organizing claim information and documentation

Claim registrations.

Assisting with and finalizing all windscreen claims.
Providing administrative support to claims consultant, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
Assisting with the investigation and resolution of claims, including conducting research, reviewing policy wording, and calculating claim payments
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of claim activities and communications
