Innovation & Digital Business Manager) based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Align Service Teams to product and service value-chain processes through development and implementation of functional operational strategies and models, enabling high performance teams and customer satisfaction, reducing quality risks and drive compliance

Your tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

You will develop and implement strategic business guidelines, agree on and ensure implementation of regional strategy for assigned Healthineers Business Area.
You will be generating new business from healthcare providers e

g:
IDNs, Hospital, University, Imaging Centres, and academic market

You will be managing all stages of the relationship sales effort, from prospecting and targeting accounts, following up on leads, making initial contact through to closing the sale
You will present the value proposition of Digital & Automation solutions to fit a potential customer's needs, workflow system(s) and overall strategic goals of a hospital/healthcare institution
You will be raising awareness of Digital & Automation solutions through trials, onsite demos, marketing conferences & exhibitions.
You will manage and develop your sales pipeline to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual, revenue sales targets
You will produce timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, sales forecast
You will proactively approach and network with relevant stake holders such as senior hospital management to strengthen relationships to maximize sales growth and be THE partner for digitalization of healthcare e.g. procurement and CEO & CFO conversations.
You will attend local conferences and events (and at times international events)
Collaboration with other departments: this involves collaborating with other departments within the company, such as business lines, marketing, finance, compliance, Customer Services etc.
Leading, managing, motivation and collaboration with a team of D &A professionals that include a BDM, CSM, Product Specialist / Sales Professional, Project Manager to support in meeting the business goals and objectives

KPIs include:

Ensure that D&A business targets (annual, quarterly) and goals are met
Grow D&A Market share in the private and public healthcare sector in SA and SADC markets
Ensure D &A Installed base growth and retention
Ensure & maintain customer success by journeying with customers on their digital transformation journey
Create customer value, improve customer productivity, and business performance using digital & automation solutions
Create revenue from digital & automation services (standalone and as part of equipment opportunities)
Promote Access to Care in SA and SADC supported by D&A solutions and tools

Qualification and Experience

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medical Science or Biomedical Engineering with a working knowledge of Healthcare Information's Technology
_OR_:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information's Technology with professional knowledge in Healthcare or similar years of working experience.
3 Years professional experience in a Healthcare Sales Organisation
You will possess a high level of analytical thinking to identify root causes and develop solution concepts.
You must have a strong customer focus and ability to provide a high level of professional support when under pressure.
You must have a passion for education and the healthcare industry.

Advantageous qualities include:

Post graduate qualification in Healthcare Informatics
Experience as a Healthcare IT Administrator or related field
Experience as a Healthcare provider utilising IT systems and processes to perform your daily work
