Role Purpose

  • As Broker Sales Adviser in this dynamic team, you will handle Personal Momentum Shortterm Insurance clients
  • Matric
  • RE (regulatory exams) compulsory
  • At least 6 months broker related sales experience, knowledge, and insight
  • Must have an excellent sales track record.
  • Attitude/passion towards service excellence
  • Clear disciplinary record

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Broker Sales Adviser Team of Momentum STI will primarily be responsible for converting leads/quotes to sales
- in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:

  • Monthly premium written.
  • Net conversion ratio of quotes to sales
  • Quality target
  • Cancellation ratio


  • Must be driven, selfmotivated and be able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Uncompromising approach towards service excellence and the ability to work in a fast paced and resultsorientated
environment.- Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the role and the company
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
