    Description
    Candidate Requirements:
    • Matric
    • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality
    • At least 2 - 3 years working experience in a Front of House / Reservations role
    • Excellent client and interpersonal skills
    • Able to handle difficult situations
    • Strong administrative skills, experience working with reservations
    • Strong computer skills with experience using Nightsbridge
    • Experience with managing inventory and stock
    • Experience with managing financial records. Experience using SAGE Accounting beneficial
    • Good communication skills and fluent in English and Afrikaans
    • Valid Driver's License and own reliable transport
    • Able to work well under pressure
    • Good attention to detail


    Working Arrangements:
    Live-in position (shared staff house)
    Work on weekends and public holidays, 5 days on and 2 days off (during the week)
    One staff meal per day when on duty
