    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage Payroll Process:

      • Lead the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees.

      • Review and process payroll inputs including time and attendance, benefits, and deductions.

      • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all employee changes are reflected in the payroll system.

      • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

    • Payroll Administration and Reporting:

      • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and the finance department.

      • Handle payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.

      • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

      • Maintain confidential and secure payroll records in compliance with data protection regulations.

    • System Management and Process Improvement:

      • Manage and maintain the payroll system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.

        Salary and Benefits

        The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
